Description
Menova 1126 child safe pattern telescopic friction stays are for use with the in or out opening window plates (R1178 & R1179). Designed to hold a window open. Suitable for Aluminium, Timber and PVCu in and out opening windows.
For child safe, fix at the top of the window at a minimum height of 1.80m above floor level and restrict opening to 100mm. Reduced opening can be achieved by re-positioning the stay. Bayonet stud fix to plate allows disconnection.
Construction:
Body – Aluminium with aluminium rod
Ancillaries – polyamide
The bayonet stud attachment is normally to the hinge side of the window.
Can also be fitted at the bottom of the window (if accessible, this is not child safe). Adjustabe friction.
Finish: White.
