Our Consultancy, Specification, and Scheduling service is free of charge

All of our schedules are written by Guild Qualified staff, and overseen by a Registered Architectural Ironmonger. Upon receipt of joinery details and floor plans we will produce a concise, detailed Hardware Schedule that is easy to read and available in various formats.

As a privately owned business we are not held by the constraints of being tied in with particular manufacturers, this ensures that all hardware contained within our specification is suitable for the application of the individual project concerned. All Hardware specified will conform, where applicable, to the relevant British and European standards as well as helping toward the recommendations of the Equality Act (the replacement of the Disability Discrimination Act, DDA).

Lock-Tech Specification and Scheduling Service
We have our own Locksmiths, and Access Control departments

This allowes all aspects of a building to be designed with continuity, giving the client, the Architect, and the Contractor peace of mind. Our in-house Locksmiths will help with the design, build, and upkeep of the Master Key Suite. Our Access Control Division will advise on, and if necessary install an integrated Access Control System, including Automatic Doors.

Once we have won an order, we do not sit back
